Applied Mineralogy Services
GeoIntegral Consulting is an association of geologists and applied mineralogists from diversified backgrounds. Our South America office (GeoIntegral Ltda.) is located in Santiago, Chile. Typical clients include metallurgical, geotechnical, environmental, and civil engineering firms, as well as multinational mining and exploration companies.
Our Mission
We aim to provide our clients with high quality, cost effective, timely, and personalized services, which will allow them to optimize their operations and make well-informed decisions.
All thin-section studies include description of the hand sample, photomicrographs, detailed descriptions, and placement of the sample in its geological context. We will stain the sample (for K-feldspar, plagioclase, or carbonates) at your request.
We provide accurate point counts, liberation studies, and chemical analyses to provide you with the highest quality information for your metallurgical studies.
In addition to the services that we offer in-house, we can arrange to have your samples analyzed at outside laboratories and we will provide interpretation of X-ray diffraction, electron microprobe, SEM, fluid inclusion, and geochemical analyses. For detailed studies of your samples it is important to integrate various analytical methods, in order to obtain the highest quality interpretations.
Our customized solutions address both mineral resource challenges and environmental impacts, promoting responsible operations.
